The conversation includes... "they" think killing off 90% of the population is a good idea... biowarfare, killing people and sterilizing them, and egregious manipulations of the weather... causing floods, heat waves, crop failures and future famines... are not off the table in the effort... but, an actual war would be going too far... even though they've fostered wars before, for no better reason than sport and profit ?
