Joanna, remember the last time we were celebrating (it was a few days before the eve of the NETG merger announcement). We had this hot cyber-night planned - I was going to eat truffles (I forgot what you, a carnivore, had planned)? We were SOOO exuberant (even Alien was completely happy!) -- and then (gasp) disaster struck!

This reminds me of a Jewish old wives' tale about not publicizing your good fortune, because if you did the evil eye was sure to take notice and destroy your good luck. So, whenever anything good happens, you need to invoke the magic words (in English they translate roughly to "no evil eye" )and then you could gloat.

So, heres to a lot of invoking "no evil eye"!

Regards,

Paul
