Andy, still holding Nine. That is one risky investment because they have been looking for cash. Earnings are also late in being release. Today I called stockholder relations and they still could not give a release date. They also stated they are continuing to work on efforts to raise funds and making progress, however I would not read anything into the "making progress" because that is probably just their positive spin.
