R/R is great here on a number of fronts. The risk, of course, is that SMAR closes above the peak of its rounded top. If that happens, it is prudent to cover. If it breaks below $70, I would double my short position. Lot more reward than risk. Risk is 3-4 points on the upside and reward is 35-40 points on the downside.

Another risk is that the rounded top expands extensively before the stock breaks down. Shorts, get rewarded like longs for being patient. Margin interest can become a factor if you don't have a negotiated margin deal with your financial institution. Odds are about 3 to one that the rounded top eventually breaks to the downside. Till then it becomes a tug of war and game of chicken between bulls and bears.
