I comprehend lots of things. I know that renters living on the streets is an excuse for you to say, "Look at the Democrat's homeless." I know that landlords have to pay their mortgages, taxes, and insurance, and that they can lose their properties if they don't. I understand that the banks might end up owning a lot of houses they can't sell,and rentals they can't rent, and it will be like '08. I even comprehend that there is over $40B for states to give to renters for their landlords, and for homeowners to give to their lenders.
