Spoke to IR last nite, and yes, the China JV is almost certainly dead. Nontheless, 1) There are meetings this week in China to see if there's any chance of pulling it off. 2) This does provide the opportunity to spend more time and money on the Philippines properties and go bargain-hunting at today's low, low prices (admittedly not our first choice, but ...). 3) Since RYO owns 44% of AMP but is totally tied up finishing their Kemess project, there may be the opportunity to pick up some of their exploration projects for a song and run with them. I also talked about this forum and Horst was very interested, so he will probably be signing up and available for more direct info in the near future. Pete
