As you may know by now, the sentencing of Klenovic, which was scheduled for today, has been delayed until late April. There are complicated issues pertaining to restitution, disgorgement, rights to various assets, etc. After the Judge heard from attorneys representing the U.S. Attorney, SEC and Klenovic, she decided these issues must be resolved before Klenovic is sentenced.
