Had a big day. Don't have time for all the details, but here are the stocks I traded. VECO MDCO PESC KLIC AMAT GMSTF SCAI PAIR NTSC GLM PTEN SMTK TSRI. TSRI was really pleasing, sold for 4.
Holding PESC KLIC KELL PAIR AMAT MDCO COMR NTSC SCAI GMSTF GECM GLM DKWD FFGI.
Bot DKWD for first time today, look at this chart, and valuation.
Mark, thanks for all the work you did on the board. I think you had many good ideas. I also think you have put way too much time into learning the market to quit. You should focus your energy to determining where you went wrong. Personally I believe you have listened to too many bears, some of whom have big reputations on silicon investor for reasons unknown to me. Remember this, no one really knows where the market is going. However, the underriding theme of this market is major bullishness. Being 100% short under such circumstances is incorrect, and I pointed that out to you many times. You have to be flexible if you ae a trader. When the s & ps put in a new high, in the face of SEA and Zippergate, that was a key signal to go long. Yesterday was also a key reversal to the upside. There is a ton of money going into this market, and people don't want their funds to be in cash, so funds are buying. Now the OSX broke the downtrend today, and the SOX did also recently. That is why you are seeing huge moves in these stocks. Store that away in your memory for the next time this happens, make sure you understand the chart of the overall sector you are trading, If you are trading chip eq stocks, you have to follow the SOX, same for oil service and OSX.
Good luck. |
