The Court interprets constitutional provisions that are focused on liberties and freedoms, as well as interpreting and deciding whether statutory provisions enacted at the state and federal level invade those listed or defined liberties and freedoms. That defines liberty and freedom in our system -- nothing else.

Whatever else you have included in your statements is not clear, and I have no clue what it means to distinguish between a court interpreting, restricting, or permitting freedoms and liberties compared to defining the English language.

I don't know what your point is other than what I commented on, and on that point you are wrong. You said, "vaccine mandates are an infringement on freedom." In the world of public safety and health when it comes to mandated vaccination it is clear that there is no unfettered freedom or liberty in this country to do as you please and risk the health, safety, and life of others. The government has the right to require vaccinations in the interest of public health and safety. Period.
