Pinnacle Micro Announces Exclusive European Distribution Agreement
With Dennis Bergstom AB
IRVINE, Calif., Feb. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Pinnacle Micro, Inc. (Nasdaq: PNCL - news) today announced that the Company
has signed an exclusive master distribution agreement with Dennis Bergstrom AB, a leading European technical distributor of
high performance storage and data communication products, to sell Pinnacle's complete line of optical storage products,
including the Apex 4.6 GB removable optical drive, Apex-based optical library systems and Pinnacle's new 4x12 Recordable
CD system to Pinnacle's distribution partners in Europe.
Effective immediately, Dennis Bergstrom AB will handle all sales and marketing efforts in Europe through its distribution
channel, which includes distributors, value-added resellers, OEMs and direct-mail catalogs. Dennis Bergstrom AB's current
product line includes 3Com, Seagate Software, SUN, Iomega and Canon among others. Dennis Bergstrom AB is a
Scandinavian-based distributor with operations in Sweden, Denmark and Norway, and an alliance with A-Line Technologies in
the Netherlands.
