Stephan/John, regarding book value valuations, I'm just mentioning some historic data about MACR's trading range. It's low was 1.8 times book, it's now @ 2.7, even though this trend of losses and decreasing earnings sets new history. I believe they had a great jump start on a unique product in Director (which I like), but they've pis*ed away a two year head start by setting pricing premiums that don't have equals in the Windows (ie largest) market. I believe that is reflected in their sales volume and therefore ultimately in their earnings. I've posted earlier I used and liked their products. I agree with John, paraphrasing that management has been in a multi-year state of denial.
