Just looking at who the "Global Times" team are. ABOUT US (globaltimes.cn) Looks like the PRC are looking to do a "RT" type of publication. Isn't it amazing how commonplace now people use RT as the best source of news... as it often is. If the CIA wants to strengthen USA propaganda, maybe they should take note. CNN and a few other channels need to be allowed to die so that better channels can arise.
