Filed yesterday.

The judge has approved, without modification, the prior TEN motions "for approval to consummate settlements".

It's very likely he will approve this one, too. Unmodified.

Some interesting info in there, especially related to summary judgment appeals.

The Receiver and the defendants in the cases he filed went through mediation process with the "TENTH CIRCUIT mediator".

I don't have time to upload it right now. Perhaps some of the former cheer leaders can chime in with their version of what happened, and what is likely to happen with most, if not all, of those summary judgment appeals?
