Good post ... I have consistently high PSA tests ... haven't opted to get biopsy.

There are a number of foods that will trigger symptoms for me -- strangely enough:

beef is one

iced tea is another

no male should eat any of the potato chips or any other kind of chips for that matter

I don't think one has to avoid meat altogether ... but eating large quantities is really bad for prostate.

Now are we dealing with mass psychosis or propaganda with this one??
