Gary, there is still some confusion here. True, they cannot do a pooling of interest until October (which means accounting for Good Will), but I was under the impression that they can do a stock swap anytime they want. Anyone have a definitive answer? Sector, You are accurate. Lu can do a stock swap. However they have to pay taxes on goodwill and other assets until October 1, 1998. Glenn
