My guess is that CIST is working out a deal with Dr. Grausz. Probably trying to recover 250+k owed to it at teh 10 cents a share that Cist offered Med-Tech. Grausz is probably selling as much as he can at market prices before he sells the rest to Cist for a dime. My guess. No facts to back it up.
