KEYSTONE ADMITS INACCURATE FINANCIAL FORECASTS

According to a press release that was on Keystones web site a t kese.com on Feb. 4 1998 they said this.....

"Keystone also has become aware that various Internet Web sites contain information about Keystone and its business plans or financial projections. Much of that information is not currently accurate, and projections previously announced on Keystone's Web site should not be relied upon. Keystone is taking steps to update the information contained on its Web site."

See for yourself. The house of cards is crumbling and crumbling fast. They also claim in this press release that they will see revenue soon after deregulation. I don't know if they are prepared. I point you to the California Public Utilities Commision Web Site. www.cpuc.com Keystone has registered with them to provide service but they have not completed the required contracts with the various utilities (as of Jan 30, 1998) This must be completed before they can provide service. If they have not completed these contracts now, that means that in no way could they have ever provided service to customers on Jan 1, 1997 when the market was supposed to open. Yet another fault. However, I will give this to them. They have completed one service agreement with SCE (Southeren California Edison) This information on the fact that they have not signed service agreements with the other two utilities can be found at
cpuc.ca.gov
