I have an overabundance of cucumbers. How long in the dehydrator? How long do they keep? I have an Excalibur which is really nice. Funny story, I never was willing to buy one because I thought they were too expensive. However, towards the end of my first marriage, and after I moved out, I decided a 50% discount was ok and bought one. My ex paid half. Sweet! Scott
