Yes, my take is that the CFO was told to leave, but that the CEO is parting amicably (probably with extra options, etc.). My hunch -- and it is just that -- is that the board members have come across a high-powered exec at a major medical device company who has indicated a willingness to lead the next phase. (The Board has become worried about the golden goose, but sees an opportunity to increase the chances of those eggs. ) I think something like this will play out over the next three months or so. (I also think news of these trends filtered out about a month ago -- at least that's what the trading activity shows.)

As for tomorrow, I'm hoping that Solomon will intimate that the design freeze is very close. That would be consistent with his statement in the PR release announcing his future departure: namely "...(I) have led Integ through the early stages successfully."

We'll see.
