Before Prop. 13, we were first in spending/ student. After it, I think we dropped to 48, and we're now back to 41.

Because we are by far the largest state in the union would should be LAST in spending per student! I gather you don't comprehend the economy of scale. Likewise for every other F'ing program in this POS state.
