Your right, they don't come out for a stuck coin, store personnel take care of it, usually the bookeeper, cust serv. mng, etc. I did it once or twice to see the guts of the thing. Had one problem Monday that we couldn't fix......................it was full and we had to wait for the bank to pickup. P.S. I am not yet a stock holder in this biz, but Iam CLOSE, just need more info and observations and then I'll decide.
