I understand they need regulatory and shareholder approval for the merger. Financing is a parallel issue, but they're linked. UKH's annual shareholders' meeting last year was towards the middle/end of March, if I recall. Hopefully, they can hurry this thing along before Mr. Buffet decides to dump his stockpile, central-bank style!!
