The court docs for the civil case (2:15-cv-828) are now current at IAUSenergy.com

Click on "Court Docs", then "2:15-cv-00828".

#1144 = the Receiver's motion to consummate settlements. Interesting stuff.

#1147 = the Judge's order granting the Receiver's motion to sell Greg Shepard's house

#1143-1 = the "list of intervenors" who want the funds the Receiver collects to be used to reduce their debt to the IRS for illegally claiming the Renewable Energy tax credit and depreciation.

That sounds a bit far fetched to me because:

-1. The taxpayers filed bogus returns by illegally claiming tax credits and depreciation.
-2. The Receiver is collecting commissions that were paid by IAS/RaPower3 for selling lenses.

Two separate actionable offenses. Trying to use the same funds?

Illogical, but I can certainly see why the 108 or so intervenors want the judge to rule it their way.

In that list of intervenors are some folks who used to be strong supporters of this circus, and who bad-mouthed those nasty "Paid Bashers" every opportunity they got. Yes, those are the very same nasty "Paid Bashers" who were right all along.

One of the intervenors is "Linicoln [sic] and Victoria Pearson".

That's our old Raging Bull pal "pearson_lincoln". Too bad they misspelled his name.

Lyman is there, too. He's another Raging Bull Pesky Pumper.

There are also a bunch of Shepard's coaching "buddies" who didn't participate in investor forums who are in that list.

I wonder if those folks still consider Shepard their "buddy"?

It's interesting that none of the Neldon Johnson family, and neither Greg nor Matthew Shepard are in that list.

Maybe they already know it's a hopeless attempt, so why waste the time and money (which they probably don't have)?

Here's a reminder for anybody who might have forgotten ...

"If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is."

Sure is a pretty day.
