Credit to the late Lindy Bill for making me aware of liquid zinc. Been taking it with Quercertin before every meal since early this year. Vit D3 & other important supplements for much longer. Don't want to bore everyone going on & on. Is worth adding adequate serum zinc levels are an essential prerequisite for normal testosterone levels which naturally decline somewhat with any age. So at 77, am not going to bars to start brawls.<g> But the difference is noticeable. Feel more balanced, grounded & at ease in my decisions & relationships. Iso.
