The better trained and equipped Afghanistan government troop strength of nearly 300K collapsed faster than a cheap lawn chair does I didn't expect they'd be so easy. In my mind it strengthens the hand of those who said we need to get out of it, because if they won't fight then there heart isn't in their government's cause, and any further help from the US would be fruitless. Its really ugly watching and hearing about what's happening, but had we stayed it would have happened anyway but over a longer period.
