The perpetrators were on the FBI radar months before 911, training to fly but not land, and they did nada, despite these clowns being reported to the FBI in Florida and San Diego..

But, the FBI is really really good at staging false flag attacks, so there is that.

A real threat and they have no clue.

How is it that the NSA was bugging OBL's phone for a year prior to 911 and we got caught flat footed?
