Joe: Thanks for reminding everyone about the larger hurdle of actually outlawing the machines. All the budget bill does is explain how they are going to handle the state's money. If they choose to not spend VGM tax dollars, fine with me. That is not the same is saying, "You can't operate this business in our state." Those are two very different animals.
