I think all this does is underscore the fact that Bill Gates needs much more security. It's unfortunate that it had to come to this, but Bill is an extremely valuable corporate asset, and like it or not, he needs to be more cautious.

I think he's very lucky that this was only a prank and not something far more serious. In fact, I'm glad it happened this way--certainly gets the message across, but no damage done. Thing is, he should have realized this a while ago when his mother was being used in an exploitation attempt.
