In areas of high vaccination rates the number of ICU patients are down, or getting vaccinated may not stop you from getting it, but it will in most cases protect you from the worst of it . However, this thing keeps mutating into something worse. The question is will science be able to deal with the new seemingly ever worsening variants, and will the virus stop mutating into ever worsening strains? I've had both the virus and a J&J vac.
