Mr. Bill, Good Evening. Yes, most if not all my trades on NSCP were based on technicals. However, if you remember, I nearly always referenced NSCP's "increasing and strong fundamentals". In fact, up to the warning, I stopped shorting from the closing of long trades because of this fact.
That all changed, when NSCP reported a severe reversal of its fundamentals, and its business model. Without increasing fundamentals, I believe the "true value" will catch up with the trading valuations NSCP seems to generate. I just don't see these uncertain fundamentals keeping this stock at these levels. I'm not saying NSCP is a bad company. I'm just saying its now very overvalued.
I try not to get emotionally attached to a stock "either way", (long or short), but I try to call them as I see them, not fall into the trap of seeing them as I call them.
Most analysts across the wires are very skeptical of today's speculation. I have only posted a couple, but there are many others, including Dow Jones. Good Trading, LF |
