Oh, I totally agree. The same was somewhat true in Iraq, Iran etc. The allies drew arbitrary lines to divide up the spoils at the end of the war ignoring the history of the tribes of the areas. They don't think country and aren't going to get along with rival tribes they haven't liked for centuries just because some outside powers deemed it so. If anything, we have made matters worse.
