C: You are obviously happy with Schwab and so I would like to ask you about their service during the late October meltdown last year. Is it true that you could execute orders if you went to their office to place one? WAs the same true for online orders. As you may recall, most online services were unavailable on a timely basis during that period, frustrating both buyers and sellers. I think that AB Watley (not known as being inexpensive) was one of the few fully functional online services at that time. Thanks in advance. David
