It's not infrequent to see a sector (small biocap) retreat, February to August. In most of those years, I've loaded in November, give or take. Aggressively. But I always grow tempted to add shares as kids go back to school, and I've been buying into this weakness. Nothing monumental, but distributed over more companies than normal. For example, now hold eight issues that are trading under $4, had one (pirs) at the end of last week.
