Afghanistan playing very badly for Biden here, today... He's doubled down on "his idea" to leave being the right choice... and tripled down... People are clearly focused on that NOT being "his choice"... but it clearly being his responsibility for having botched it as badly as it has been botched... as badly as it CAN be botched... He has been telling people his decision was driven by the clear need to stop the steady stream of deaths of American soldiers in Afghanistan on his watch... The "big guy" just a bit out of touch with reality ? News today pointing out that Trump's withdrawal... left Army Intel in place to provide support for the Afghan Army... and that was working just fine. Since Trump's draw down was completed 18 months ago... the peace largely held... the peace process and negotiations were ongoing... and not a single U.S. soldier died in Afghanistan in the last 18 months... and the Afghan Army were doing just fine... Biden pulled out their Intel support... and THAT's why the Afghan Army suddenly could no longer fight... because Biden blinded them... while blind-siding them... The impacts, in polls from a couple of days ago... before it got as ugly as it is now ? American's were in favor of the U.S. getting out of Afghanistan by a large margin... like 69%... long term. Now that number has dropped down to 49%... most clearly realizing that "getting out" still requires doing it in the right way... and NO ONE can possibly think what Biden did is "the right way"... ? The guy is a menace... Biden's approval numbers, in result, were already down at 23%... last week... It's only this week that it because transparently clear exactly what's been happening... and who's fault it is... People know "Biden really screwed this up"... it wasn't screwed up before... and it is now... royally... and in spades... Voters will have just over a year to mull it over... and de-rig all the voting machines...
