What we have is a CEO type who sees a market opportunity and preparing the solution, clueless as he is.

How does he know for sure a vaccine is the answer to a virus problem ?

A number of very qualified people, with vast knowledge and experience, are at odds with what he says.

Yeah , the body language is all wrong too far as I am concerned, as is his model for how some people respond to a pandemic. He just cant help himdelf smiling about this the whole time.
