Still green and growing.

Usual first single batch is a week or three away.

Some where into late September it gats busy and double batches start.

As I dice onions and all kinds of peppers , my sweet wife usually peels the tomatoes as I slice and dice them.
We have dicers and mills that greatly help getting it all done.

A double batch takes 5 to 6 hours and at least a six pack. <smile>.

It will take into mid September and into mid October to know just how big the ripe tomato crop is.

We always have excess jalapeno and serrano peppers that we either dehydrate or dice and freeze.

Its almost a burn out event, but we make it fun, and so many enjoy the results.

Some years I hold a salsa class for newbies in a bar with a back room . We start at 8:00 A.M.

We're done by noon, and then we watch a Packer game.

Work when made fun is a passion with benefits. A LOT like investing.

You should come AND PARTAKE!

Have a big house and plenty of room.

Wisconsin is the best kept summer and fall secret in the country.

You and Lou would ensure a party to be remembered. LMAO

Hopefully a traditional event.

Have truck will pick up at MKE. LOL
