Good morning AJ,

When we get to making salsa, both of them come out.

Onions ,sweet peppers, jalapeno peppers, and serrano peppers all get diced.

Each year if I have a surplus, they get chopped and put in the freezer.

Made a double batch of pickle relish yesterday 13 pints.

We've been picking 8 to 10 cucumbers every day.

We'll make two more double batches of bread and butter pickles and the pickle making is over.

Need to pick our first tomatoes today. BLT time. Bacon is pricey this year.

Fun times.

On top of the canning, I'll complete painting my 55 Nomad frame today. Hopefully by the weekend I'll have the rear axle and suspension bolted back up. Next week time for a road trip to Oklahoma and deliver some 1957 power pack heads, and a crank shaft I've found. My engine builder said he'd get it done by October.

Front suspension (coil over shocks) and brakes (disc brake upgrade) and upgrade to a newer design power steering gear and pump(original design {first year for chevy}, were rare and not very reliable)

Chrome has been shipped for plating, 12 to 14 weeks out.

Paint job and glass in October, then drop the body on the frame and bring it home for final assembly (chrome and bumpers) and then to the interior shop.

Coming together nicely, but making things busy - especially at harvest time.

Hope to debut its completion this next July where the National Nomad Convention is being held in Milwaukee - some 60 miles south of my Wisconsin home.

youtube.com - A bargain at only $9.95!

Bob
