It was report in a local online newspaper here. I'm trying to find if anyone has audio or video of the event at which she . If it turns up I will post it for you.

The point is the woman was trying to disguise CRT by redefining the acronym to something less toxic sounding. The article was about her effort to teach CRT to get around the law banning it.
