Hi Lynn, I don't know when earnings will be released but did you see they declared another dividend? THey seem to be very interested in shareholder's value so it wouldn't surprize me that the delay is related to the change in accounting firms and their desire to be on NASDAQ. I am going to try to call the company tomorrow and see if I can find out more. Linda
