Is a LU ASND merger or buyout still being discussed? John, I do not believe a merger of ASND and LU is being discussed. In fact, I believe ASND would prefer to stay independent. Can ASND reach previous stock price highs without a buyout? I doubt we would see ASND at 70 based on fundamentals within the next year or two. I feel confident that 55-60 is possible in 99. ASND made a good move in their acquisition of Cascade. It seems as though management foresaw the slowing of profits in the RAS/RAC market and the growing need for backbone. Therefore, the likelyhood of ASND being acquired is small in my opinion. Glenn
