AJ - in recent days during our outdoor recreating in the Wyoming / Idaho border area,
the bears were nightly cutting widening paths through the Wyoming thimble berry bushes
in the wilds that are infrequently seen by humans

civilization is OK, but not like the relatively untouched forested mountainous areas of WY, ID, MT

PS - I know a guy in his 80's who does 300 push ups a day leaning on the edge of his bath tub
with his palms and he walks / runs hills for a few hours each week
plus he lifts weights at the gym several days per week
.... I thought of him while I was logging the uphill miles with our dog
this last two weeks, so whenever I had a mental temptation for a rest break,
it did not happen for long
