Verde AgriTech Plc (“Verde”, the "Company", or the “Group”) has restated its unaudited condensed interim consolidated financial statements for the three and six months ended June 30, 2021, which were previously filed on SEDAR. Subsequent to the original issuance of the condensed interim consolidated financial statements, the Company identified certain typographical errors. These errors have been corrected in the amended and restated unaudited condensed interim consolidated financial statements for the three and six months ended June 30, 2021. The errors relate to the other comprehensive income for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 and the risk-free interest rate for the period ended June 30, 2020.
