I was not as smart as you back then :) For me it started witha massive kidney stone attack at 19... Thought I was going to die.. or maybe appendix... anyway afterwards.. I came to recognize the pain and no huge deal when U know what U R dealing with .. however originally tolkd no dairy.. no greens with calcium LOL... all bad advice etc.. stones came to a head in my early thirties... osteo diagnosis was in late 40s... bones on mend and pretty well age appropriate now.. and stones are infrequent and small... no issue,... D3, water diet and EXERCISE !!!! good for BP and cholesterol levels also,.
