<Are off the shelf, and generic, with a history of being safe.>

So is aspirin. A lot more people use Aspirin compared to HCQ and Ivermectin. Why are you not crowing about Aspirin.

After these adjustments, aspirin use was associated with a 43% reduced risk of intensive care unit admission, a 44% reduced risk of mechanical ventilation, and a 47% reduced risk of dying in the hospital.
While there was no evidence that aspirin increased the risk of bleeding, the authors recommend caution:

“Until a randomized controlled trial of aspirin is performed, it is imperative to exercise cautious optimism and deliberately balance aspirin’s known risks against its potential benefits in patients afflicted by COVID-19.”

What about Listerine?

The study, published in the journal Pathogens, found that Listerine and the prescription mouthwash Chlorhexidine disrupted the virus within seconds after being diluted to concentrations that would mimic actual use. Further studies are needed to test real-life efficacy in humans.

What about Antacids?

We found an association between famotidine and improved outcomes in our analysis, but there could be unknown factors that we were unable to account for that might explain this finding,” Freedberg adds. “Whether famotidine is effective as a treatment for patients with COVID-19 is an open question and needs to be explored in a randomized clinical trial.

As if they other generics were not investigated. But you are stuck on HCQ and Ivermectin.
