Hi Sun,

I'll vouch for Sultan's view.

Usually a merger of equal size takes about 2 years of severance pay, manufacting repositioning, closing of lease agreements, and sale of excess properties.

Many write downs and reduced earnings.

When finally completed, it usually has the makings of a great turnaround story.

Just my past experience with Cohu who bought Xcerra in October of 2018.

My hope is that by year end they will have eliminated the debt incurred to make the acquisition.

Bob
