HI Oldbeachlvr, All stock is better than debt, unless you already have the stock and don't appreciate the dilution - which often hurts the price as well. Looks like Kioxia is big into SSD's. I don't follow either but know WDC has a legacy hard drive business and not sure where they stand in SSD's. May well be something to watch and see how the chip sector greets this news. Bob
