The early to mid 70's was like the golden age of movies as the self-censorship was lifted and new themes were explored.

That all started to change when "Jaws" was released. Once "Raiders of the Lost Ark" came along, the summer blockbuster was born and you couldn't see a decent movie from June through August.

Now many movie scripts are written by algorithms.
