Hi Perkins

Although your scenario is certainly within the realm of possibility - it would be hard to take your word for it - unless you can show with certainty that no unscrupulous manipulation existed - as well as somehow knowing the thinking going on inside NHM. How you would come to know so much about either side of this situation is interesting. There is nothing wrong with warning investors of the pitfalls in convertible securities - but your continued interest here is curious - given your doubtful bent.
