Things could have been organised better.. and the buck always stops at the top... The hard deadline of Aug 31.. appears to have had little thought to logistics... leaving is not wrong .. being there was wrong ... execution is/was sorely wanting The 'plan' should have started under Mr. Trump... it didn't .. we can blame the othre guy.... but to folks on the ground that is of little solace...
