charlie because.... you need to follow the money and the control.. but you guys knew this...right.

Equity and Debt Composition statement for Lidak =
cl A common Stock PAR 12/97 99.5 million authorized and 38.7k issued. cl B Common stock Par
510k authorized 283k issued
insiders control 11% A and 93% B. roughly 17% IMO.
it goes on to say Healthmed owns aprox. 6% of cl A.
BUT ThEN
It says about HealthMed and at this time I need clarification for this.
IPO 5/90 5M units(each unit consists of 5 shares Common & 5 warrants)@5.00 by D.H.Blair. (AS of 9/97)
(((STD (I see std. as short term debt):$2.4 M @ 7% forget it))).
BUT healthmed I.P.O.?
(Does this mean a private placement between these gents???). I.P.O. I thought meant initial public offering? if so what happened.. are they going public to raise 30 MILL HUH! Hey I am not
making this up check out the provest report for LDAKA Page 3 below the chart.
Another piece of the puzzle which doesn't quite fit... unless IPO
in this case stands for initial private offering of couuuuuursse!
and who are these private gents??? old sandbags you suppose? you!
me? the rat? if so that means BMY.. naw too slick...no way never mind...wayyyyy. I thought this was creative from the start.
follow the money...(or in this case the control and the money).
elementary Charlie.
